KMI SIGNATURE: Exterior Paint Colors

PACKAGE INCLUDES 2-3 COLOR OPTIONS FOR EACH SURFACE

This is an ‘A LA CARTE’ package, where you can choose the surfaces you need paint colors for!

The base price of $225 is for the SIDING PAINT OPTIONS (which you can substitute for TRIM if you only need your trim painted).

From there, choose the surfaces you want in your curated color palettes, including trim, front door, shutters, and garage doors!

POSSIBLE SUBSTITUTIONS & MENTIONS

BRICK OR STONE EXTERIORS THAT AREN’T BEING PAINTED

If you need a color for your TRIM ONLY (common on homes that are mostly brick or stone), purchase this package as-is. From there, ADD-ON any extra surfaces you’d like included, such as shutters or front doors.

While the trim ‘ADD-ON’ is less expensive, that’s when you purchase a full package with siding. When it’s TRIM ONLY with other secondary surfaces, it’s a full-price item!

SORRY, NO SUBSTITUTIONS

Aside from the list of available add-ons, I’m not able to substitute items. For example, if you want the main surfaces of your home (i.e., siding/stucco/painted brick) to be two different colors, this package only includes ONE main house color, as well as options for the listed add-ons that you choose.

RENDERINGS

Kylie M now offers COMPUTERIZED RENDERINGS for exteriors! 

If your home has tricky finishes and only has one ideal palette, your consultation will include one palette/one rendering (should you choose this add-on). However, I always do my best to get as creative as possible!
