When shopping online for a product like TILE, there’s WAY too much variation between what you see online and what shows up at your door. And even if we had samples on hand, the DYE-LOT can change. Instead, we’re giving you as much advice as we can on how to create a great backsplash that works for your surrounding finishes, including…

PLEASE NOTE: When working with existing finishes, there’s a small chance that there’s NO backsplash that will work with your current finishes (if they aren’t well-coordinated themselves), in which case, we will refund you your package. Sometimes ONE SURFACE doesn’t bring an entire space together and you’re best saving your money until you can do a few other things as well.

2.  Within 5 MIN, you’ll get an email to your inbox explaining how to take good photos and how to send them. ANY WRITTEN INFO/EMAILS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED, this is a ‘photo submission only’ package.

3.  After I receive your photos, you’ll get your consultation within 5 FULL BUSINESS DAYS (starting when I receive your photos).

If there is anything that DOESN’T need to be considered (ie: you’re changing your floor or countertop), please ‘x‘ it out in one of the photos and include the NEW FINISH in the photos. Feel free to edit photos using a markup tool to note what’s being replaced.
