Initial Consultation 2 HRS $160 (+GST)
Additional or follow-up hours $80 hr
There is a 2 hr minimum charge for the Initial Appointment. Please understand that I cannot reduce the fee for shorter appts. Subsequent hours or additional appts are billed hourly at $60 hr.
At this time I’m only taking a limited amount of clients due to a heavy workload. I will do my best to post my available appts prior to each week…

Traditionally, Designers will come to your home for the Initial Consult, they will tour your home and chat with you about your style, dreams and budget. They will then go to their office and formulate a game-plan and a budget for your home. They might also do renderings and drawings of the end product and usually, you will sign a contract to get the ball rolling.
My Decorating Services are a little different. I specialize in a 2 hr Consultation. In our 2 hr Consultation we will discover what you and your home need. Whether it’s a few decorative touches or a major facelift! At the end of our 2 hrs, you will be left with a detailed to-do list of what needs to be done. We will fit as much into that 2 hrs as possible so you have all of the inspiration and ideas that you need!
Your Personalized To-Do List may include the following:
Interior and Exterior. Whether it’s 1 colour or a complete palette, I will help you choose colours that are tailored to you and each room in your home. I will also give recommendations on paint brand, sheen and other important details so that the job is done right. I will show you how to pick the best colours for your space so that you are part of the creative process and end up with colours that you love!

Repositioning existing pieces within the same room or from one room to another. This includes furniture, artwork and accessories. The goal is to have your existing pieces best accent the space and features you have – as well as helping to camouflage those flaws that you don’t like. My goal is always to use what you have before recommending that you purchase new pieces.
Small Projects or Update Ideas
Re-tiling backsplashes, refreshing fireplace mantles, hearths and surrounds, replacing hardware and light fixtures. There are so many great ways to update your home without breaking the bank.

Learn about the best products for your home, where to get them, what colour and style to look for and how to make it happen. This includes everything from couches and tables to countertops and lighting.
Floor Planning and Furniture Planning
Need to buy new pieces but aren’t sure what you’ll need? I will help you determine the ideal pieces for your room based on it’s shape, Focal Point, useage and budget.
Renovating or Building a New Home
Whether it’s a powder room or an entire home, a 2 hour consultation is a great way to get the ball rolling in the right direction. I will share valuable insights with you and refer you to some quality trades and builders (if you haven’t selected them already.)
Clients who are building new homes tend to use my services for an average of 8-10 hours throughout the selecting/building process.

Recommendations and Guidance on…
Painting, distressing, glazing, staining wooden pieces to bring them back to life or give them a new personality.
Your 2 hr Consultation will involve a comprehensive to-do list of what to do/fix/purchase in order to prepare your home for it’s listing. You will also receive a Personalized Home Staging Package which contains specific details to show each room to it’s best advantage.
In-store or online. I am available to shop for you or with you. Whether you are looking for that 1 special piece or shopping for multiple spaces, I will use my educated eye and personal flair to help you select pieces that best suit your style. You will also have access to my designer discounts at various local retailers. (If I am shopping for you/delivering items, there will be a 10% sourcing fee for all products purchased)
